At Friday Website Builder, we’re committed to providing you with a straightforward billing experience. Below are the terms and conditions related to fees, payments, and subscriptions for our service.

Subscription Fees

Friday Website Builder charges $50 per month for each website you create. This fee grants you full access to all features and services for that website. New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial for their first website only. For any additional websites you create, the monthly fee will be charged immediately without a free trial. A valid credit card is required to start the free trial for the first website. After the trial ends, your card will be automatically charged $50 unless canceled before the trial expires.

Automatic Renewal

Each website subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis, based on its individual start date. If you have multiple websites, they will renew and bill separately according to their respective renewal dates. Your designated payment method will be charged $50 per website unless you cancel the subscription for a specific website before the renewal date. You can view the billing details for each website by logging into your account.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel the subscription for any website at any time through your account settings. If you cancel before the end of your free trial for the first website, you will not be charged, and access to that website will end when the trial expires. For any additional websites, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle for that specific website, as no trial is offered. We do not issue refunds for the remaining days of the billing cycle. Once a subscription ends, you will no longer have access to the website or its data.

Refund Policy

After the free trial for the first website ends, all subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service, and this applies to each individual website. In the event of technical issues caused by us that prevent access to the service, we may review your case and offer compensation or credit at our sole discretion.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. By subscribing to Friday Website Builder, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee of each website and any additional services you opt for. It’s your responsibility to ensure that your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

Payment Failures

If your payment method is declined for any website, we will notify you, and you’ll have a grace period of 7 days to update your payment information. During this time, your account and websites will remain active. If we do not receive payment for a specific website within the grace period, access to that website may be suspended or terminated until payment is received.

Changes to Fees

Friday Website Builder reserves the right to modify subscription fees. If we adjust our pricing, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, either through email or via your account dashboard. If you do not agree to the updated fees, you may cancel the subscription for a specific website before the new pricing takes effect.

Promotions and Discounts

Occasionally, we may offer promotional pricing or discounts. These offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be shared with you during the promotion. Once the promotional period ends, standard pricing will apply for each website.

Taxes

Depending on your location, applicable taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added to your subscription fee. Taxes are calculated based on your billing information and will be shown to you before you complete your purchase for each website.
